After your construction is completed and your pool is started up, it's time for Pool School & Customer Orientation. A representative from Custom Pools, Inc, will schedule an appointment with you to teach you how to operate your filtration and circulation equipment, water chemistry parameters, and maintenance procedures.

At that time, you will receive all your operating manuals and warranty information for your pool equipment. It is important for these warranty forms. It is very important for these warranties to be filled out and mailed back to the equipment manufacturers.

The Elite Pool® Lifetime Limited Warranty

Fort Wayne Pools, Inc., warrants that its structural polymer panels will not split, break, rip, corrode, mildew, rust or tear apart beyond use for as long as they are owned by the original retail purchaser, and a properly registered second owner. This means that if you should sell your home, you can transfer your pool wall warranty to the buyer. This gives buyers peace of mind and makes your home a more attractive purchase.
