Exposed Aggregate
A regular concrete slab consisting of similar sized tan, brown, and white aggregates (small stones). The slab is finished in the standard manner, working the aggregate down into the slab and bringing the cream to the top. After a short curing period, part of the cream is pressure washed off the top of the slab to expose the top portion of the aggregates.

Rainbow Rock Aggregate
Rainbow Rock decks are similar to the exposed aggregate decks. They differ in one main way. A standard concrete slab is poured. Then, multicolored (rainbow) aggregate is seeded on top of the slab. They are then worked down into the slab, exposing a layer of cream on top. After a short curing period, a portion of the cream is washed off, exposing a surface of rainbow colored aggregatee.

Salt Finished Concrete
A regular concrete slab is poured and rusticated with rock salt, which is worked into the surface to create a pitted limestone effect. After the concrete is cured, random rectangles or squares are sawn into the surface to control cracking and give a final decorative appeal. As on option, pigments can be worked into the surface at finish troweling to achieve an appearance that can match nearly any color scheme in and around your project.

Colored Textured Concrete
Similar to a Salt Finish, the concrete slab is poured and then pigments are worked into the surface of the concrete. Then, a rubber mold is alternately stamped onto the surface to create a Textured appearance. Available in a variety of colors and textures, there is no end to the combinations offered.

Flagstone Topped
A brushed concrete slab is poured and used for a base. It is then topped with random shaped flagstone. The joints between the stones are then filled with colored grout to compliment your other finished surfaces. Available in various colors, sizes, and thicknesses, this finish gives a multitude of choices for the finished look.

Dry Laid Stone
In this method, there is no concrete sub-deck under the flagstone slabs. Four to six inch thick stone slabs are leveled and laid on the ground around your pool. A border is left around each stone slab. Laying grass or ground cover between the slabs finishes this most natural “Hill Country” look.

Sun Deck
A regular concrete slab is poured, broom-finished, and properly cured. Then, an colored elastomeric material is applied to the surface with an orange-peel type finish. Available in a wide variety of colors, Sun Deck is preferred by clients who like a uniform, cool-to-the-touch surface.
